Great Weekend!!

Oh, can you believe it's Monday already, what happened to the weekend?? I had a great weekend!! Yesterday was my birthday & I had such a fun day. My mother & mother-in-law came over & of course my mom brought Oscar : ) He really is a cute little guy. We are definitely a "dog family"! Wilson & Oscar played all day. The like to play tug of war with all the toys-lol. I got some great presents, most of them scrapping supplies-YEAH!!! Ooh, also got a great New York Yankees baseball hat, that actually fits my head- I've got such a problem w/that, but my honey did good!!! On Saturday we went to the casino w/my best friend. She lives 2 hours away & just had her first baby, little Evan : ) We had a great time at the casino & I am happy to say I came home w/the exact amount of money I left with, to me that is winning-lol!!! Our weather was beyond great this weekend, I love warm weather! I almost felt bad about spending part of my Saturday inside, almost. I think my new card is perfect for the great summer weather we've been having.....

products used: Graphics 45-a proper gentlemen (image). October Afternoon-Farm Fresh (plaid pp). My Mind's Eye-Dreamy 2 (brown paper)& -Bohemian (turq. paper). Adorn It Carolee's creations (letters). rick rack & baubles.

I have a hard time w/masculine cards, actually let me correct that.... I have a hard time w/cards for men!!! As I've said before, my style tends to be "cutesy", which doesn't go to well w/men-lol. I am a big fan of these Graphic 45 sheets & the matching die-cuts too.

I hope everybody else had a great weekend too! Unfortunately now, it's time for me to go to work. Boy, would I love to stay home & scrap all day w/my new supplies. You know I'll be thinking about my next card all day-lol! TFL!! Lynn

  1. That plaid (tartan) is a perfect match for the graphics 45 image. you are so good at putting colours together Lynn.
It's so great that Wilson & Oscar are becoming such good friends. Would love to see them playing tug *sigh* will just have to imagine it!

  2. This is a very "handsome" card. The plaid paper is perfect with the country gentlemen golfers.
