I'm thinking my caffeine hasn't kicked in yet this morning. I could have stayed in bed for awhile, it was so nice & cozy & Wilson was snuggling w /me : ) We don't let him sleep on the bed w/us overnight, he would take over the whole bed & the only one to get a good night's sleep would be Wilson-lol. He does jump up to join us in the morning...I'm not sure if it's when the alarm goes off or if he just sees one of us moving, either way, he's a great snuggler : ) My new card ought to wake everybody up....it's a bright one : )
A lot of people around here like to put pink flamingos in their lawn : ) I thought this card would be perfect for my friends : ) The flamingo is a chipboard from Hobby Lobby..it comes as a whole stack of seasonal chipboards...w/ a coupon, it was a total deal!! I love using felt embellies, always a great way to give added texture.

What a bright and happy card! Love it! Those flowers are adorable. My Ebby is the opposite of your Wilson. She gets into bed with us when we go to bed, gets hugs and kisses, lays at the foot of the bed...then after 1/2 hour she'll get up and sleep on the floor. LOL Ok, have a great day!
ReplyDeleteEbby (Ebony or S*#@head - lol) is a dog. She's a yorkiepoo. You think Wilson would like a kitty playmate? I love cats, but I'm super allergic to them (as is hubby). I've been trying to get my hubby to say yes to another dog as company for Ebby. LOL It's a no so far, which is probably good. Our house really isn't big enough for two dogs, even if they are little. Maybe some day. I totally want a Boston Terrier.

Lynn, this card is fabulous!! I totally love it. I would have pink flamingos on my lawn if my hubby would allow it, but that won't happen in this lifetime.
ReplyDeleteThe Fair was a BLAST! I went Friday with Starla and my friends Sue and Craig, then went back on Sunday with my brother. I'll be going one more time this Friday, with my brother and my mom. I didn't take any pictures on Sunday, but should have. I forgot I had my camera. (forehead slap) The crowd was so huge that if you stood on a bench all you could see was heads! I will be taking pictures this Friday, then will post some when the Fair is over for another year. Sigh. Can you tell I love our Fair? LOL! Last year I went 5 times. This year I don't want to use up all of my PTO, plus I don't think my feet could handle it!
